THUNDER AI – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Thunder AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thunder AI application (“the Application” or “Service”), provided by Mission Online Business LTD (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Application is designed exclusively for the participants of our business mentorship program, “Business Mentor PRO”, which helps individuals launch and scale successful businesses. Thunder AI facilitates the creation, management, and optimization of Facebook advertisements based on our proven proprietary business systems.

By accessing or using Thunder AI, you (“the User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By authenticating your Meta/Facebook account and utilizing Thunder AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users who access the Service through the “Business Mentor PRO” mentorship program.

2. Description of Service and Eligibility
Thunder AI is a proprietary software application that allows users to deploy, monitor, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns using the framework and strategic methodologies taught within the “Business Mentor PRO” program.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

Automated and semi-automated Facebook ads creation and deployment.

Advertising performance analysis and data dashboarding.

AI-driven recommendations and campaign optimization based on our proprietary business system.

Eligibility: Access to Thunder AI is strictly limited to active students or participants of the “Business Mentor PRO” mentorship program. The Company reserves the right to terminate access if your enrollment in the program is suspended, cancelled, or terminated.

3. User Accounts and Meta Integration
To utilize Thunder AI, you must connect your Facebook Ads Manager and business assets via the Meta API.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You grant Thunder AI the necessary API permissions (including ads_management and ads_read) required to execute actions on your behalf.

You remain the ultimate owner and controller of your Meta Business Manager accounts and advertising spend.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct
As a user of Thunder AI under the “Business Mentor PRO” framework, you agree to the following obligations:

Content Ownership: You are solely and exclusively responsible for all creative assets, copy, landing pages, products, and compliance of the advertisements deployed through the platform.

Compliance with Meta Policies: You must strictly adhere to the official Meta Advertising Standards, Facebook Community Standards, and all applicable local and international laws.

Lawful Use: You agree not to use the platform to advertise illegal products, deceptive services, high-risk financial schemes, or any content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions. Violation will result in immediate termination of access:

Policy Violations: Deliberately attempting to bypass Meta’s review systems or exploiting the Meta API through our Application.

Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the accounts, data, or source code of other users or Thunder AI.

System Abuse: Utilizing automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to cause system strain, data leaks, or unauthorized automated abuse of either Thunder AI or the Meta platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Thunder AI is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While our proprietary system is proven and tested, Mission Online Business LTD explicitly disclaims any guarantees regarding specific financial results, revenue generation, or advertising performance.

Furthermore, Mission Online Business LTD shall not be held liable for:

Meta Actions: Any suspension, restriction, ban, or termination of your Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, or personal Facebook account by Meta.

App Disruptions: Temporary or permanent suspension of the Thunder AI Application by Meta due to updates, audits, or changes in Meta’s Developer Policies.

API and Policy Changes: Modifications, limitations, or deprecations of the Meta API that may alter the functionality of the Application.

Ad Spend and Financial Losses: Any financial losses, unauthorized charges, or accidental ad spend incurred on your Meta account, regardless of whether the campaigns were launched manually or via Thunder AI.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in and to Thunder AI (excluding user-owned ad creatives and data), including the software code, user interface, AI algorithms, and the underlying “Business Mentor PRO” strategic systems, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mission Online Business LTD. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for your internal business growth during your participation in the mentorship program.

8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Thunder AI immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

You breach any provision of these Terms.

You violate Meta’s advertising policies to a degree that risks the reputation or API access of the Thunder AI application.

Your participation in the “Business Mentor PRO” mentorship program is terminated or expires.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of Thunder AI shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document or via in-app notifications. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
