At Mission Online Business LTD, we operate the Thunder AI software platform and are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users — entrepreneurs enrolled in our business mentorship programs.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Thunder AI, specifically regarding your integration with the Meta (Facebook) API.

1. Information via Meta APIs (Facebook Login)

When you connect your Meta account to Thunder AI, we request the following permissions:

ads_management — to create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf

ads_read — to read your ad performance data and metrics

business_management — to access your Business Manager settings

pages_show_list — to list your Facebook Pages for use in ad campaigns

Through these permissions, we access:

Your Facebook User ID and Ad Account IDs

Your Facebook Pages and Facebook Pixels linked to your ad account

Campaign data: impressions, spend, clicks, CTR, ROAS, conversions, campaign status

Creative metadata: ad copy structures, image references, campaign configurations

1. Account Information

Contact details such as your name and email address provided during registration in our mentorship program.

2. How We Store Your Data

Your Facebook access token is encrypted before being stored in our database. We store:

Your encrypted access token (valid for approximately 60 days)

Token expiry date

Your Facebook User ID

Your selected Ad Account ID and name

The permissions (scopes) you have granted

We maintain an audit log of key actions (connect, disconnect, ad account selection) for security purposes. IP addresses in audit logs are anonymized.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

Deploy ad campaigns — create and push ad structures to your Meta Ads Manager based on your explicit instructions

Analyze performance — populate your personal dashboard with campaign metrics so you can evaluate and optimize your ads

Execute your commands — process actions you request, such as pausing or activating campaigns

Improve the platform — monitor technical performance and fix issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your advertising data with any third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only in the following limited cases:

Meta Platforms, Inc. — data is transmitted via official Meta APIs to execute your advertising actions

Infrastructure providers — trusted hosting and database providers under strict confidentiality agreements

Legal compliance — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our platform and users

5. Data Security

All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS

Your Facebook access tokens are encrypted before storage

Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only

OAuth flow is protected with CSRF tokens and HTTP-only cookies

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

To disconnect your Facebook account:

You can revoke access at any time via your Facebook Settings under Apps and Websites, or directly from the Thunder AI platform using the Disconnect button.

To permanently delete your data:

Send a request to [email protected]. We will delete your profile and all associated Meta API data from our systems within 30 days.

7. Children’s Privacy

Thunder AI is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or Meta’s Developer Policies. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or by updating the Effective Date above.
